Featured on UK Channel 4 A Place in the Sun 2004, our self-catering holiday home is a traditional Valencian townhouse over 100 yrs old which has been tastefully renovated. We fell in love straight away with its quaint old fashioned homeliness and we feel sure you will too.

Situated in the historic Moorish part of town in a peaceful cul-de-sac of 4 other Spanish owned properties where narrow winding lanes and quaint passageways criss cross with small plazas and shady parks. 

Casa Ana retains the original Valencian features yet provides a modern home from home. The ceramic tiles around the fireplace are original and there is a story that when the church was dedicated, the priest came and blessed all the houses in the historic part of town

The traditional Valencian door has shuttered glass windows and decorated ironwork rejas' which open onto a spacious open plan L shaped living area with vaulted beamed ceilings. Near the doorway is a casual sitting area to take advantage of a summer breeze and a dining area which seats 4. A second sitting area has a reverse air con unit, TV/DVD/CD and an electric fire for chilly evenings  

2 bedrooms (1 double with ceiling fan & 1 twin with fan) each with floor to ceiling wardrobes, drawer space and window shutters. The modern bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower

The modern kitchen/diner has new kitchen units and appliances and opens onto the private sunny patio for al fresco dining.  A perfect place to relax after your busy day on the beach
