BOOKING INFORMATION FOR CASA ANNA

A third deposit, in euros (sterling on arrangement) is payable on booking. This is to secure your dates and in the event of cancellation is non-refundable. The deposit is to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. For late bookings, see below.

FOR LATE BOOKINGS, i.e. 1 month before departure.

The full amount would be due plus the security fee. The booking is not secure until received by our bank.

Low Season

15th January - 29th March
25th October - 22nd November (minimum booking - 1 week)

Medium Season

29th March - 28th June
30th August - 25th October (minimum booking - 1 week)

High Season

28th June - 30th August (minimum booking - 2 weeks)

A deposit of 200€ for loss, damage, accidents etc. is also payable with your final payment and this will be refunded, less the cost of utilities etc. once our local agent has checked the apartment.

House linen is included

Normally guests would be expected to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day they leave in order for the property to be cleaned for our next guests. Arrivals after 4pm please. These details can be flexible depending on the changeover situation week to week.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible, so that we can pass on this information to our agents. This will allow them to organise their day so that they can be at the property to meet you at the arranged time. If your arrival is significantly delayed for any reason (for example a flight delay) we would be grateful if you could contact our agents whose telephone number will be sent to you on the balance of your final payment.

Insurance

We require you to take out insurance that will be adequate to cover your party during your stay with us. We also strongly recommend that if you are travelling from the UK, you obtain a E111 or equivalent

Personal Injury

We accept no liability for the death of, or personal injury to, any persons on their holiday, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. We accept no responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc. over which we have no control
