Booking Information for Casa Ana

Once you have agreed your dates with us, we would require a third of the cost of the total booking in euros (sterling by arrangement) - this is to secure your dates. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure together with the security bond.  For late bookings, see below.

For Late Bookings i.e. 1 month before departure.

The full amount would be due plus the security fee, and your booking is not secure until monies are received by our bank.


Low Season

October to April (minimum of 1 week booking) 350€ pw or 50€ pd

Medium Season

May June & September (minimum booking - 1 week)400€ pw or 57pd

High Season

July and August (minimum booking - 2 weeks)455€ pw 65pd

House linen is included but not beach towels
Extra cleaning by arrangement

Normally guests would be expected to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day they leave in order for the property to be cleaned for our next guests. Arrivals after 4pm please. These details can be flexible depending on the changeover situation week to week.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible, so that we can pass on this information to our agents. This will allow them to organise their day so that they can be at the property to meet you at the pre-arranged time. If your arrival is significantly delayed for any reason (for example a flight delay) we would be grateful if you could contact our agents whose telephone number will be sent to you (together with instructions of how to get to Palma) on the balance of your final payment.

Travel Insurance & Sickness

We advise you to take out travel insurance that will be adequate to cover your party during your stay with us.  If you should be unfortunate enough to be taken ill, and you need to visit the hospital in Gandia, please take your insurance information to the hospital with you.  There is an excellent dentist in Palma.


Personal Injury

We accept no liability for the death of, or personal injury to, any persons on their holiday, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. We accept no responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc. over which we have no control
